I love taking photographs of nature and wild animals. It's a challenge to get great photos and makes me feel so alive each time I am able to get in the field whether it is for a few minutes or an hour. I wish I could go take photos whenever I wanted, but for now that's not the case. The photos I do take are the moments I steal for myself...the few moments I take to do something for me. I need more moments for me...
I saw these old barns and silo on a recent road trip. I snapped what photos I could while avoiding traffic, but oh do I wish I could take more as I love the look of this old place.
An old silo a mile or so from my house. It still has the wood shingle roof. I think there will be more pictures of this in the future.
I was hesitant to stand out in the rain with my camera to try to get these photos because I was afraid I would damage my camera...but I did it for a minute or so and was happy to get these pictures of raindrops.

More lovely shots! I love old barns, they're so...sad. Tonnes of character for photographing!
